I get these e-mail noticications from the Armed Forces Information Service about military members who die. It's pretty sad and I hate that all we get is a scrolling ticker in the news. We should get a mention from the news reporters and a moment of silence/prayer.

I'm in the Air Force and I've created a blog to help military members with their finances and I was wondering if we could exchange links. Thanks.

thank you for posting this on your site. Hicks, AO (ornsby-Adkins), and spencer were all friends and in my husband's platoon. He watched the whole thing and is taking it really hard. We've known hicks for the past three years and he's family. AO is only 21 and has been married for only 5 months, he was brand new and came to the unit directly out of ait in january. It's a tragedy and a great loss for all you know them. Please pray for all and their families but especially for AO's wife Ashley, she is 21 and she truly loves him with all her heart. He's her world. Please pray that she gets through because she is having a really hard time. Thank you for all your prays.
